  • Responsible for 200+ Windows 10/11 endpoints

  • Deploy and maintain all workstation hardware and software

  • Ensure all endpoints are current with Windows updates and security applications

  • Manage a small Office 365 Tenant

  • Manage cloud based VOIP telephone system

  • Monitor and manage Avo’s endpoint asset system

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user problems


  • 3-5 years of Desktop/End-User support experience

  • Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting ability in an Active Directory environment

  • Good understanding of Windows Networking (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory)

  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server

  • Basic knowledge of switching and firewalls

  • MCDST/A+ certification preferred, but not required

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Effective verbal and writing communication skills including strong customer service
