Avo Photonics is a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a large customer base. The successful candidate must plan his/her own work schedule, keep multiple records, be self-motivated, maintain a professional presence, and have the desire to take ownership of projects.
Specifically:
Define, implement, and maintain cleanroom operations for ISO5, ISO7, and ISO8 production areas in continuous operation.
Monitor and maintain particulate counting to ensure compliance with industry standards for contamination control.
Maintain cleanliness through a regular cleaning schedule that includes the walls and floors of all cleanroom areas.
Perform and log preventive maintenance on all HEPAs.
Ensure strict compliance with cleanroom personnel apparel and material movement into and out of controlled cleanrooms.
Monitor and maintain ESD flooring and station performance through regular checks and periodic floor maintenance.
Maintain logs for temperature, humidity, particulate and ESD monitoring to verify compliance.
Define and provide guidance to production management on proper adherence to clean room procedures related to personnel and station cleanliness.
Requirements:
3 years experience in clean room maintenance operations
Associates degree in a technical field
Experience with HVAC and HEPA filtration in an industrial or laboratory environment
A perfectionist mindset, continuously striving for excellence
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
