Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain efficient operation of all aspects of facilities and building systems, including HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
Interface with licensed contractors to ensure timely response for necessary repairs.
Perform general maintenance and minor repairs.
Build material conveyance, furniture, or other hardware as assigned.
Support installation of manufacturing equipment.
Construct cleanrooms and associated hardware.
Adhere to all safety requirements.
Requirements:
5-10 years experience in facility operations for a manufacturing environment
Trade experience in electrical, mechanical, or carpentry
Ability to bend, lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders and operate lifts
Strong communication skills to interface with contractors and to report to management
