Avo Photonics is a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a growing customer base.

We seek a diligent, dedicated, and meticulous person who will help further our success and reputation in the industry.

Specifically:

• Monitor and maintain operation of facility systems including HVAC/Mechanical, Compressed Air, Electrical, and Plumbing

• Perform daily environmental checks to ensure proper HVAC and humidification operation

• Perform preventive maintenance on compressors, chillers, and humidifiers

• Perform ESD equipment checks and repair to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in facilities maintenance or a trade

• 2 year technical degree preferred

• Experience with HVAC and plumbing in an industrial environment

• Familiarity with safe operation of hand and power tools

• Ability to work safely at height on ladders or lift

• Ability to safely lift heavy loads with experience to select the appropriate lifting/moving equipment when appropriate

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
