Avo Photonics is a dynamic contract engineering services company that designs, develops, and manufactures custom opto-electronic products for a large customer base.
We seek a diligent, dedicated, and meticulous person who will help further our success and reputation in the industry. The successful candidate will have at least two years of manufacturing experience.
Specifically:
Receive, store, and distribute materials
Kit materials for assemblies according to the Bill of Materials
Record transactions accurately in SAP
Conduct cycle counts; identify and report inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system count to Inventory Manager
Participate in physical inventory at the end of each half-year
Ensure the stockroom is organized
Requirements:
High school diploma or A.S.
2 years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP a plus.
Ability to lift and move boxes meeting OSHA weight specifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
